Site layouts for Epstein's private tropical island among the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this latest document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling distinct parts of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.
Further materials made public as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
